Caesars’ Palace Restaurants

When in Rome, eat as the Romans do.  The kitschy appeal of Caesar’s Palace extends into its restaurants and entertainment venues. And while you might fear that your dinner may be coming from the last lion fight, the food procurement methods are far more modern.

Sushi Roku

If you’re already spending your time browsing the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace, chances are good that you’ll be hungry by the end of the day.  Instead of filling up on something heavy, Sushi Roku offers you Japanese delicacies for you to consume.  This dining area is quite hip and trendy, so you might be surprised to see celebrities in this restaurant some evenings.

The menu includes traditional sushi rolls, sashimi, and cooked Japanese dishes.  The Dynamite Roll lives up to its name, while the tempura is also a must try.  Most dishes start out at $20 each, but the servings are ample and you can easily share with others at your table.

Reservations are recommended at Sushi Roku, but the attire is casual, though modern and stylish.  This restaurant is open Sundays through Thursdays from noon to 10:00pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 11:30pm.

Bradley Ogden

When you want to eat something fresh and organic, you need to head to Bradley Ogden’s.  This native San Franciscan chef combines the best ingredients for dishes that are light, satisfying and probably the healthiest choices on the Vegas strip.  After a week of fat-filled buffets, this is a welcome change.  By selecting ingredients from local farms, each bite of your meal tastes as though it was made with only you in mind.

There are two dining areas, one more casual and another more formal, so choose and dress accordingly.  The inner dÈcor for each is stunning, with a fireplace and a waterfall as delightful accents.

Dinners are served nightly, and no lunch hours are available.  Call ahead to determine the dress code for your party.
