Hard Rock Restaurants
When you’re heading over the way of Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, you might want to stop in and stay awhile. Sure, you might already known about the top notch acts which are playing nightly, it seems (Chemical Romance, Death Cab for Cutie, etc.), but what you might not realize is that their main restaurant, Nobu, is more than worth the wait in line or the extra foresight of calling for reservations. Do you know Nobu?
Nobu
The younger crowd at Hard Rock might prefer some of the more casual and trendy restaurants, but Nobu is the one that more people visit when they actually want to enjoy their meal in a serene and funky setting. Master Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has created the extensive menu, which features sashimi, salads, hot and cold dishes, sushi, tempura, soups, and Nobu Yakimono. This assemblage of Japanese cuisine is an adventure for the palate and certainly one of the best sushi establishments on the strip right now.
You might also want to try some of the delightful seafood offerings on the Ceviche menu, from lobster to King Crab.
You can choose from a number of hand rolled and sliced sushi rolls, coming in sets of 2 to give a full samplings of each of the seafood and vegetable pairings. The sashimi list includes:
Salmon
White fish
Oyster
Scallops
Abalone, and so many more.
You will also want to save room for dessert, with items such as:
Bento box
Lychee lime soup
Almond cake
Coconut ginger parfait
Ice cream toban
And more
While reservations aren’t necessary, it never hurts to call ahead to see if you need to reserve a table on an especially busy night. Nobu is open nightly from 6:00pm to 11:00pm and the dress is casual and stylish.
And if you want something a little less formal, you can always head over the Hard Rock’s Pink Taco, Mr. Lucky’s, or the actual Hard Rock CafÈ.
