Everything is bigger and better at MGM Grand. So, even if you’re not able to stay at this Vegas cornerstone, you can still stop in for a taste of the decadence of the MGM world.
Craftsteak
When you just want to eat a great steak, Craftsteak is becoming the place to stop. Started by celebrity chef Tom Colicchio, this MGM restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients, ensuring that your meal tastes perfect every time. With an extensive wine list, you can also be sure that our meal is paired well and that you maximize the flavors on your plate. The signature dishes at Craftsteak include the Lobster Bisque, Griller Kobe Skirt Steak, and Braised Short Ribs.
Reservations are recommended for dining at Craftsteak. Sundays and Mondays, the restaurant is open from 5:30pm to 10:00pm, Tuesdays through Thursdays, 5:00pm to 10:00pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00pm to 10:30pm. The average check is $95 and the dress code is business casual.
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House
If you like the BAM of Emeril, you’ll love his New Orleans Fish House. From the time you walk through the front door ñ and underneath a water spouting fish, you will realize just how creative this restaurant is. The Creole inspired dishes are delightful on the palate and every dish is infused with the New Orleans spice and sass.
Emeril’s is open for lunch daily from 11:30am to 2:30pm and daily for dinner from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. Reservations are essential and the dress code is a little more casual, but it can’t hurt to look nice when you walk through the door.
Shibuya
Well-prepared Japanese dishes are bringing more visitors in the doors of Shibuya every day. The sushi and the signature dishes (lobster and scallop in uni butter sauce, Kampachi with fresh yuzu juice and black truffle oil, Kani salad, braised Kobe beef short rib with seared foie gras) are nothing but perfection with each bite. From the inner dÈcor to the extensive sake list, you can create a memorable evening, even if you don’t like sushi ñ there are many options for those leery of eel.
Sundays through Thursdays, Shibuya is open from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00pm to 10:30pm. The dress code is business casual and reservations are strongly encouraged.
