Zumanity – Cirque du Soleil
When in Vegas, why not see something a little risque and dramatic? Zumanity is one of the most in your face shows on the strip in Vegas; promoting the sexual content of the show from the start with ushers wearing costumes that make them appear naked. And that’s just the beginning. Performers in the show are also dressed in outfits that make them seem nude, but if you are in the front rows, you will see that these are just outfits ñ for the full effect, try to sit further back. The lewd and provocative acts you then see on the stage are meant to shock (and even offend, it seems) you, so don’t be surprised if you’re a little taken aback.
Basically an expensive striptease, Zumanity isn’t considered one of Cirque du Soleil’s finest.
Showing at New York-New York, Zumanity’s shows run between Friday through Tuesday, 7:30pm and 10:30pm. Tickets start at $69, but those seats will only get you a stool to sit on and possibly a pole between you and the show.
